Overview

MMCSB has been selected by the Government of Malaysia to design, develop, test, install, implement, commission and provide post-implementation support for the EG-HRMIS. In phase 1, the implementation of EG-HRMIS covers the 10 pilot agencies.

EG-HRMIS is an integrated, technology-enabled Human Resource (HR) Management Information System, incorporating Global Best Practices in HR that would enable an organization to deal with challenges of the K-Economy.

Project’s scope includes Integration, Data Management, Change Management, Training, Infrastucture and Data Centre Setup.

The implementation of EG-HRMIS covers the following 10 pilot agencies:

  • Malaysian Administration and Modernisations Planning Unit (MAMPU)
  • Prime Minister’s Office (PMO)
  • Veterinary Services Department (VSD)
  • Irrigation and Drainage Department (IDD)
  • Ministry of Health (MOH)

  • Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS)

In April 2010, MMCSB has been awarded a three (3) years contract by Polis DiRaja Malaysia (PDRM) to customize, supply, deliver, install, test and commission the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) for PDRM.

The scope of work for this project is as follow:

  • Third Party Software
  • Hardware
  • Technology Infrastructure Service
  • Training
  • Implementation of HRMIS at PDRM HQ and Contingent / Brigade in all states in Malaysia
  • Data Management

Subsequent to the successful implementation of HRMIS-PDRM, PDRM has given their trust for MMCSB to carry out a Preventive and Corrective maintenance services to the Hardware and HRMIS Software which has been delivered and implemented in PDRM.

PDRM has then extended the contract for another 1 year with additional cost to MMCSB for Hardware and HRMIS application maintenance.

HRMIS in Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) was being implemented in two (2) phases.

Phase 1 covers the implementation of the HRMIS core modules. It also covers the following scope:

Phase 2 project was awarded to MMCSB after the successful implementation of HRMIS ATM Phase 1 project. This project was intended to implement the Operational and Strategic modules in HRMIS as well as necessary supporting infrastructure components.
